Nature portfolio should be updated in a few days, A new section of "events" is on the to do list, along with services which are officially opening in september, when school starts again.

3.18.08 Its a new year, and updates all around! Included new photographs in gallery, but still have yet to get it completely up to date. Also added a new section about arts and crafts which include my local favorites of my drawings and of some of my recycled crafts. Enjoy!

11.15.07 Greetings! The Agape Acre Gallery is now open. Details on prints and services are on that page! Thank you.

10.6.07 Greetings to all who have found us via the business cards given out at agape acres! The photographs were taken over a series of a few mornings. The photographers were myself, and fellow volunteer Linea Hanke . We are able to make prints of pictures that were sold at the silent auction. We also come as a pair to do photo shoots, details soon to come, also to come is a gallery of the agape horses.

Opening Statement
I am 23, and have been photographing all my life, though most of the photographs included in the page have been taken within the last few years or so. I really enjoy the outdoors and have based a project around my love of the place that I work. I also enjoy kayaking, hiking, biking, crafting, dirt-road driving, horseback riding and archeology.

What is Faded Oak
The term fadedoak was developed when creating a user account at deviantART I wanted a unique name that shared my views about the natural world (which you soon will find out about) I know deep in my heart that all the natural preserved areas wont be around forever, so throughout photography its a way to protect it if only in my memory. So Faded Oak arose, faded because of the fading of natural resources and Oak because of its sturdy base and natural ease on the eyes.

very much a
now-you-see-it,
now-you-don't affair"
